You have the option to rent the studio for an entire week, with a minimum requirement of 5 days. Additionally, I have designed the summer kitchen to allow you to easily prepare your own breakfast or a quick meal.

Description for Gite

La Clôture is a charming gîte located on the first floor, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedroom is designed for two people and features a spacious double bed measuring 160x200cm, providing a cozy retreat with stunning views of the surrounding fields. The gîte also includes a private bathroom equipped with modern fittings for your convenience.

Additionally, there is a small sitting area where you can enjoy the view while indulging in your favorite newspaper or a captivating book.

Below the gîte/studio, you will find a fully equipped summer kitchen. This space is perfect for preparing your breakfast or enjoying a simple meal. It includes a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, and a small oven. Furthermore, all necessary kitchen essentials such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are provided.

For those interested in the gîte option, the rates are as follows: 385,00/420,00/448,00 for a weekly stay, with a minimum requirement of 5 nights. If you wish to have breakfast served, it can be enjoyed in the summer kitchen or on the private terrace for an additional cost of 7,50 euros per person, per day.

Alternatively, La Clôture also offers a Bed & Breakfast option. The rates for this option are 70,00/65,00/79,00 per night, with breakfast included. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions

To get to the house (La Clôture), follow these travel directions:

If you are following road directions Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy (N764), continue on this road for 800m. Then, take the D778 road for 2.5 km in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look out for a small road on your right that leads to "La Florida." Immediately turn left onto a dead-end road (approximately 25 meters) and the house (La Clôture) will be right there. It is the first house you will come across.

If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle in Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will see a sign for La Clôture at the end of a country road on your right. The coordinates for the location are latitude: 47.98024159 and longitude: -2.58971572.
