Cannes City B & B is a charming guest house located in the western area of Cannes, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The festival palace and the old town can be reached within a convenient 12-minute bus ride.

Our establishment provides two cozy rooms, each equipped with a variety of amenities and services for your comfort.

Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast, featuring a delightful mix of sweet and savory options. We take pride in offering homemade products such as breads, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit salad, and pastries. In addition, we provide cereals and pastries to cater to different tastes. From April to September, you can enjoy this scrumptious breakfast on our balcony, creating a truly magical experience.

To enhance your stay, we offer numerous services at no extra cost. Enjoy the convenience of bathrobes, toiletries, a washing machine and dryer, bicycles, linens, as well as complimentary tea, coffee, still water, and sparkling water.

Our warm and friendly staff will ensure that you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. We are always ready to engage in conversation and share our knowledge of the beautiful region, enabling you to fully discover and appreciate its charms. How to get to our house? Comment venir chez nous?

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:

1 - By bus Airport Express:

From Nice, the bus runs between 8am and 11pm.
From Cannes bus station, the bus runs between 7am and 8pm.

Once you arrive at the Cannes terminal bus station, take bus 1, 2, or 20 to the market place of Cannes La Bocca, which takes about 10 minutes. If possible, I can pick you up from the station for free (please ask me via email).

Price: €20 for one way or €30 for a round trip.
Total time: approximately 1.5 hours.

2 - By limousine service:

Price: approximately €100 for one trip.
Total time: about 40 minutes.

3 - By train (TER):

From Nice, trains run between 5:44am and 11:47pm.
From Cannes, trains run between 5:30am and 11:30pm.

Price: ranging from €5.80 to €9.60 for one trip.

From Terminal 1, take the free shuttle to "Arénas" stop. Then, walk about 15 minutes to the train station:
- Cross around Avenue Lindbergh and turn left (lycée hôtelier Paul Augier).
- Turn right onto boulevard René Cassin until you reach the traffic light.
- Cross on the left, under the SNCF bridge (route de Grenoble), and turn right onto avenue Edouard Grinda to reach the train station.

Take the train to Cannes La Bocca station.

From there, head towards the city center on avenue Francis Tonner. The house is about a 15-minute walk away. If possible, I can pick you up with the car for free at the train station (please ask me via email).

Total time: approximately 2 hours.

4 - By our home-made pickup service:

I can pick you up at the airport at your arrival time. Look for me holding a sign with your name after the baggage claim area.

Contribution costs: €30 (for gas, tolls, etc.). The airport is about 35 km away from the house.

Please ask me via email, as this service is only possible if I am not working during your arrival time.

Total time: approximately 35 minutes.

Train station:
- Cannes La Bocca station: provides connections to various destinations from Italy to Marseille (it is easy to reach Nice center in 35 minutes, Monaco center in 60 minutes, St Tropez center in 45 minutes, and Antibes center in 15 minutes...). You can also travel to Vintimille, the closest Italian city, for the big Friday market in 1 hour and 15 minutes from Cannes by train.
