"LAtelier des Artistes" is comprised of three unique rooms. The ground floor "Jardinier" room is easily accessible for individuals with reduced mobility and features two beds (90) with a view of the beautiful basin. It also includes a bathroom and toilet.

The "Peintre" room accommodates two people and offers a spacious bed (160) for vibrant and colorful nights. It has a separate bathroom and toilet.

The "Musician" room is designed to accommodate two to four people and consists of two rooms. The bathroom and toilet are shared but separate. The first room offers a queen size bed while the second room provides two beds (90). It is perfect for friends or families with children.

Guests will enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the dining room, which is included in the room price. A kitchen corner with a fridge, gas plate, and oven is also available for use.

The property offers a small lounge and terraces where guests can relax and indulge in Sandrine's own Girardin champagne. Coffee and tea can be prepared in the kitchen.

Directions

Directions from Reims:
- From Reims, head towards Epernay.
- At the exit of Epernay, continue following the signs for Sezanne.
- Once in Sezanne, follow the directions for Avize, then Monthelon, and finally Mancy.

Directions from Chalons en Champagne:
- When approaching Epernay, take the direction of Pierry and Epernay Sud.
- Pass in front of the rescue center and continue following the signs for Pierry.
- After descending, go around the roundabout and take the direction of Avize-Monthelon.
- Follow the signs for Mancy.
- Upon reaching Mancy, you will arrive on the main street.
- Turn at the town hall and you will be on the street of the church.
- Take the second right onto "rue du Gué" and then onto "rue du Bas de Mancy."
- Our location is at number 19.
