This apartment offers convenient access to various amenities and activities including the beach, food shops, markets, water sports, cultural centers, nightclubs, water park, nature base, historical center of old FREJUS, and shopping in ST RAPHAEL. You can easily reach these attractions using the pedestrian path, known as the "chemin béal".

Overlooking the park of the residence, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, with the ideal occupancy being 2. It features an entrance, a spacious bathroom with toilet, a fully renovated kitchenette, and a living room with a non-enclosed sleeping area.

Sleeping arrangements include 1 double bed in the bedroom area and 1 double sofa bed in the living area.

To secure your reservation, a contract must be signed by the tenant along with the payment of a deposit check. The balance of the rental fee and the deposit should be settled upon arrival.

The apartment is equipped with new appliances including a TV, washing machine, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer.

In the bathroom, there are large wall mirrors positioned above the sink unit and the WC, as well as a fixed mirror on the inside of the door.

To make a definitive reservation, the tenant needs to sign the contract and provide a deposit check for 30% of the total rent to the owner. The rental becomes firm and definitive after sending the completed and signed lease, along with the deposit check. The remaining balance and the deposit must be paid upon arrival, and the keys will be handed over after this process.

Upon arrival, a guarantee check must be given to the owner's representative on-site, which will be kept throughout your stay.

The rental price includes water and electricity consumption, except during low season when there is a flat rate of 105 per week.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant:
- If less than one month before the lease begins, the tenant will lose the deposit paid.
- If less than one month before the lease begins, the tenant will also be required to pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent on a penal basis.

Check-in takes place on Saturdays, and the owner delegates the reception to their on-site representative. This person will help arrange the arrival and departure times, as well as address any concerns during your stay.
- Arrival is in the afternoon from 2 pm until evening, by appointment.
- Departure is in the morning before 11 am, by appointment.

Upon check-in, you will receive 2 keychains, one of which includes a remote control for the residence's gate and underground garages. In case of loss, the larger keychain with 4 keys will be charged 120, while the smaller keychain with 3 keys will be charged 60.

The apartment provides 3 pool bracelets for your use. In case of loss, each bracelet will incur a charge of 75.
