The large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a convertible sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. For extra convenience, you can also access the second floor, where a cozy bedroom with two single beds (that can be joined) awaits, along with another bathroom with a toilet.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. A small table provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals or planning your day's adventures. An additional bathroom with a toilet is located on the main floor. Stay connected with the excellent WiFi connection and enjoy your favorite shows on the satellite TV. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Outside, you can relax and unwind in the yard, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ. Please be mindful of the other tenants as the yard is shared among a few flats. Directions
The location is conveniently situated along the Loire river on the northern side, specifically on "Quai Paul Bert". When traveling from the station, it takes approximately 25 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by taking bus number 17 and getting off at the Paul Bert stop. If you are coming from the airport, it is only 3 kilometers away and I can provide you with a ride.
