Nestled in the picturesque countryside, this recently renovated old barn is conveniently situated between Toulouse and Carcassonne, just 6 km from the heart of the Cathar country in Fanjeaux.Dominique, a talented harpist and pianist, and Ismael, a skilled artist-painter and guitarist, invite you to immerse yourself in their world of creativity. At the Ocher House, we offer a variety of painting and music workshops throughout the year. You can join our scheduled activities, request a personalized program, or simply have a wonderful time in our artistic haven. Our guest accommodations consist of two spacious rooms with private access, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and exclusive garden. The rooms, located on the upper floor, provide utmost comfort and feature a 160 cm bed (or two 80 cm beds) with the option of an additional 90 cm bed, if desired.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast in our kitchen dining room or on the terrace, especially during sunny days. In addition to the traditional breakfast fare, we also offer local products such as cheese and honey. Restaurants and shops can be found just 6 km away.
Situated in a serene hamlet, our house is an ideal destination for hikers and cyclists. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the medieval cities of Carcassonne, Fanjeaux, and Mirepoix. And if you're longing for a day at the beach, the Mediterranean is only an hour away via the nearby motorway.

Un joli endroit
Super séjour dans une maison rénovée par les propriétaires, atypique et intéressante. La musique et l'art sont omniprésents. Les pièces rayonnent de soleil, jolie chambre, bonne literie et le calme absolu. Bon petit déjeuner et les propriétaires sont très accueillants
