The Sévigné House, a grand mansion dating back to the 19th century, is located across from the renowned thermal baths of Bagnères-de-Luchon, a picturesque town nestled in the heart of the Pyrenean Mountains. Originally known as 'Buen Retiro' and constructed between 1852 and 1855, this remarkable manor once served as the residence of the famous Charles II, the King of Etrurie and Sovereign of Parma, Italy.Having recently undergone extensive restoration, this stately 19th-century manor now offers five beautifully appointed rooms that seamlessly blend antique furniture with modern comforts. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy delectable meals at the manor, with reservations required. Each room is equipped with either a bath or a jet shower, as well as a television and high-speed mobile internet (WiFi) for your convenience.
The manor also features a cozy lounge area with a library and a fireplace, which opens up to a charming terrace overlooking the picturesque park. Our friendly staff is fluent in English and German, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable stay. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises.

Directions
To get to our manor, follow these revised travel directions: Take Exit 17 on highway A64 towards "Luchon Montréjeau" (45km). Once you reach Luchon, head towards "Superbagnères." Our manor is located at the end of the thermal baths park, situated between the Superbagnières road and the street leading to St Mamet.
