The property is conveniently located, only 45 km from Bordeaux, 15 km from Sauternes, 35 km from St Emilion, 80 km from Arcachon, and 90 km from the ocean. Guests can enjoy free access to a tennis court located 100 m away, and a swimming pool is available 5 km from the house. Golf enthusiasts will find a course 15 km away.

With an area of 83 m2 / 914 sqft and a beautiful garden of 300 sqm / 3227 sqft, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Our holiday home has a 3-star tourist ranking and is fully furnished for your comfort. It was originally built in 1650 but underwent renovations in 2004 to ensure modern amenities and convenience.

Inside, you'll find bedding for 4 twin beds and a sofabed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Linen is included, and there is also a telephone, TV, and private parking available for your convenience.

The best feature of our holiday home is its stunning location in the vineyard region of Bordeaux, nestled on the slopes of the Garonne. Enjoy breathtaking views of the vineyards from the comfort of your home, and take advantage of the closed garden to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Directions

Travel Directions:

1. Start your journey from Bordeaux and take the ring road followed by the motorway towards Toulouse and Agen (Interchange 19).
2. Once on the highway towards Toulouse, take the first exit after the toll for Podensac and Cadillac.
3. After the exit, turn right onto the first road towards Cerons and Cadillac.
4. Continue on the road towards Cadillac.
5. Approximately 200 meters after crossing the bridge over the Garonne, turn right onto June 10 D.
6. At the roundabout, continue towards Cadillac for another 200 meters, then follow the road towards Loupiac and Sainte Croix du Mont.
7. In the village of Sainte Croix du Mont, turn left towards Gabarnac.
8. Stay on this road for about 3 km, ignoring any signs for Gabarnac on the left until you reach the entrance sign for Gabarnac. The first house on the right after this sign is your destination. Look for an avenue of trees, two main buildings, and a sign that says "Clévacances" on the mailbox. The town hall is located in front of the house, approximately 100 meters away.
