The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave. There are three bedrooms, with two rooms having a 140cm bed, one room with a 160cm bed, and a baby cot and high chair available upon request. The bathroom includes a sink, bathtub, washing machine, and separate dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a sink. The house has electric heating, children's play equipment, and comes with two bicycles (male and female) with a child seat. The enclosed garden is surrounded by hedges, providing privacy from neighbors, and features two terraces, an electric retractable awning, and a barbecue. Rental rates range from €450 to €1030 per week.
