This tranquil 4-star classified house spans 70 m2 over 2 levels, accommodating 2 to 6 people. It is conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. Only 3 km away, you'll find Royan, a vibrant town with a casino and thalassotherapy center.On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a color TV, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, and a microwave. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a 160-sized bed, a separate toilet with a sink, a bathroom with a sink and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a cozy attic mezzanine area, perfect for relaxation, featuring a sofa, an organ, a reading corner, and a baby chair. There are two more bedrooms on this floor: one with a 140-sized bed and another half-attic room with a 140-sized bed. There is also a separate toilet and an independent bathroom. The house is equipped with electric heating and an insert fireplace.
