Welcome to Maxime's House, a fully equipped accommodation perfect for family holidays. This house can accommodate up to 5 people, including babies and children. It features 2 bedrooms and a shared swimming pool (11X5m) with only 2 other individuals.Maxime's House offers a private outside space and a car park. Although it is semi-detached with Sarah's house, it is completely independent. You can enjoy a large quiet private terrace with garden furniture, nestled in the shade of a mélia tree.
Inside, you will find modern amenities such as an 82 cm LCD TV and a DVD player. The house is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cooker, and ironing facilities. The bathroom includes a bath and a washbasin, with a separate toilet on the ground floor and another toilet in the bathroom on the first floor.
Please note that arrivals are expected between 5 and 7 P.M. The shared swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10 a.m. till 8 p.m. Additionally, there is a large 3000 m2 garden for shared use.
Maxime's House is rented from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 1 week. The bedding configuration includes a 160X200 bed on the ground floor and three 90X190 beds on the first floor.
Lastly, the owners live on-site in a separate house within the property.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 is required.
We kindly request that you leave the house clean upon departure. Alternatively, a final cleaning option is available for an additional fee of 100.
