Located in a peaceful residential area, this charming urban gîte is situated next to the owners' residence. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a convenient WC with a washbasin and a linen room. On the upper floor, you will find a cozy first bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140), a second bedroom with two single beds (90), and a mezzanine area with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for one person. The bathroom on this floor includes a WC. Stay connected with the provided WIFI internet connection. The living room opens up to your own private outdoor area of 100 m², which includes a terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. There are two parking spaces available, one located in front of the gîte and another in the owners' courtyard, who reside next door. As a guest, you have exclusive access to the owners' heated swimming pool, which is situated on their property, overlooking the terrace of their house. Please note that the pool is shared and available for use from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The rental price includes all amenities such as sheets, towels, pool towels, tea towels, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning. Please note that the gîte operates as a non-smoking accommodation. The pool is open from May to September.Reviews
