It is situated on the ground garden level of a character stone villa, with access to a shared pool measuring 4m x 10m. The pool is equipped with solar panels for heating and is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious 150 m² sunbathing area, complete with sun umbrellas and comfortable cushions. The sunbathing area is adorned with marble stone balusters, adding an elegant touch to the surroundings.Furthermore, the cottage boasts an independent private garden, featuring an outdoor table and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. Nestled in the peaceful residential area under the shade of pine and olive trees, the cottage is ideally located between the sea and mountains, in close proximity to Lake St Cassian (Var). This tranquil setting is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday, with the cottage itself offering a bright, sunny atmosphere. The cottage overlooks a private garden of 300 m², completely independent and facing the southwest, allowing guests to bask in the sun throughout the day.
There are numerous activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including golf, horse riding, visits to the beach and lake, hiking, exploring charming Provencal villages, casino entertainment, cinema outings, festivals, and even a trip to Marineland. The cottage's kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, and a drying rack.
