Exclusive contact: 05 53 09 06 31Located in the Pyrenees, this ski resort Mourtis is the perfect destination for a memorable getaway. Situated in Boutx, in the High Garonne (31) region, this country cottage is conveniently located at the foot of the ski slopes. With accommodation for 12 to 14 people, it is suitable for both summer and winter vacations and offers all the comforts you need. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, 6 rooms, 2 toilets, a shower, and a television. At an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is only 8 km away from Happy St and 13 km from the border. Whether you prefer skiing on the piste or ski touring, this resort has it all. Additionally, there are plenty of other activities to enjoy such as mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and hydrotherapy. The cottage is available all year round and during winter, the rental price is 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays). In the summer, the price is 650 euros per week, while during other periods it is 500 euros per week. All utility costs are included in the price.
