Welcome to "Chez Nina THUREY," where Nina invites you to her cozy home in TOURS, located in a peaceful neighborhood with a touch of countryside charm. Our convenient location places us near popular attractions such as Place de la Liberté, Avenue de Grammont, the bus and tram stops, Town Hall, SNCF train station, Tourist Office, old Tours, and the vibrant Place Plumereau with its numerous restaurants.To ensure availability on your preferred dates, please reach out to the owners. We offer a comfortable ground floor bedroom measuring 12 m², suitable for 1 or 2 people. The room features a window overlooking the courtyard and is equipped with a bed that has an electric relax box spring in the size of 2 x 80 x 200. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate WC. The room is complete with amenities such as free electric heating throughout the house, a ceiling fan, wardrobe, table, desk, chairs, and a flat-screen TV.
For larger groups, we can offer an additional bedroom on the first floor that can accommodate three people upon request. If needed, there is also a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people on the mezzanine next to the bedroom, with an additional charge per person per night.
Children aged 4 to 12 years old receive a 50% discount, while children under 4 years old stay for free (parents must provide a cot). As part of your stay, enjoy a delicious French breakfast served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the dining room or on the terrace, weather permitting. The breakfast includes unlimited orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, croissants, buttered bread, rusks, and homemade jams.
We offer free parking in our courtyard for your cars and a garage for bicycle storage. The tourist tax is already included, and we provide free WIFI. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, and toiletries are all provided.
Check-in is available between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays and public holidays between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you anticipate a later arrival time, please inform us in advance. We kindly request that you provide an approximate arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
You have access to your room at all times during your stay. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. to allow time for cleaning.
As a consideration for health, hygiene, and allergy reasons, we regretfully cannot accommodate pets. We kindly ask that you respect the current sanitary conditions.
To make a reservation, please contact us exclusively by mail or email, providing your address and a telephone number for prompt communication if necessary. Please note that reservations made by phone require written confirmation through a letter or email.
Payment for your stay can be made by bank check or cash (preferably) during your stay. For reservations of multiple nights, a 20% deposit of the total amount is required. The deposit can be made by check payable to Mrs. Nina THUREY at 4 impasse Saint Germain 37000 TOURS or through a bank transfer (IBAN number available upon request). Please note that we do not accept credit cards or holiday vouchers, only checks and cash.
