Our spacious accommodation is perfect for families, and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast either in our dining room or by the cascading waters.Unwind in the midst of our park with a refreshing dip in our large circular swimming pool. While we don't offer extravagant luxury, our haven of serenity is enveloped by lush greenery and water.
From our garden, you have direct access to the Roger Lapébie-cycle path, a scenic 70-kilometer route between two seas. Additionally, you can join us for communal dinners featuring ingredients sourced from our own garden and poultry.
We eagerly await your visit to share our cherished slice of nature, which holds the prestigious Natura 2000 classification.

Short stay in late summer 2014
We stayed two nights at the Moulin, and it wasn't long enough! Michel and Sandrine are warm and welcoming hosts, while the mill itself is charming and steeped in history (ask Michel to give you the tour). The countryside is picturesque, with rolling hills of sunflowers and grapevines ideal for a relaxing rural retreat. And there is plenty to do: a refreshing dip in the pool, a bike ride along the extensive and verdant cycle path, which was once the local railway line; a trip into the UNESCO heritage town of St Emilion; wine tasting in the many châteaux that are scattered across the region. Thanks to Michel, Sandrine and family for a very memorable holiday.

Queremos dar las gracias a Michelle y Sandrine, por su amable acogida este mes agosto. Pasamos una semana estupenda en el molino de agua de Courpiac. Es un sitio fantástico para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza. La zona está rodeada de pequeños pueblecitos con bodegas de vino interesantes, además está cerca de St Emillion, sin duda una de las zonas donde podrás disfrutar de los mejores vinos de toda Francia. En la habitación que estuvimos tenía ducha y lavabo, sin embargo el servicio es compartido. Los baños en la piscina al atardecer muy agradables.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans un moulin qui n'a pas encore dévoilé tous ses secrets mais surtout grâce à Sandrine et Michel qui se plient toujours en 4 pour leurs hôtes. Demandez à Michel de vous faire découvrir ses secrets de jardinier (citronniers, orangers, prunes, citrouilles, melons, tomates variées), son savoir faire de cuisinier (l'entrecote à la Bordelaise 2 doigts d'épaisseur (les siens) pas trop de gras mais surtout l'échalote grise) !! Et, goûtez son jus d'oranges frais (la passion de Michel), la piscine, les chèvres (adoptées), et poules. Une femme et un homme remarquables qui ont le coeur sur la main qui vous réserverons un accueil simple mais authentique. Merci beaucoup à tous les deux. Dominique, Eric, Pierre

Hemos pasado dos noches estupendas. El sitio es precioso y el entorno espectacular. Fuimos con nuestra hija de 2 años que lo gozó con los animales y la piscina (enorme). El lugar tiene mucho encanto y los dueños (Michel y Sandrine) son muy majos y atentos. Muy recomendable.

Lieu charmant, cadre très agréable et reposant en pleine nature, des hôtes extremement accueillants qui vont feront partager la beauté et la richesse historique du site et des environs. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable!

Trés bon acceuil, dans un univers entièrement nature, en pleine campagne. Les animaux feront la joie des enfants.
Propriètaires trés acceuillants et disponibles.
En octobre, je n'ai pû disposer de la piscine, mais ce doit être trés sympa en été, à l'écart de la vie citadine.

Moulin du Prieur-Begoña
Estuvimos 4 días con los niños, visitando los alrededores. El alojamiento es una buena base para conocer los viñedos de Burdeos y la ciudad. Ofrece además contacto con la naturaleza y los animales. Los niños disfrutaron mucho gracias a la paciencia de Michel y Sandrine, que son unos anfitriones muy amables.

Excellent séjour, hôtes très conviviaux et très disponibles avec lesquels nous avons bien sympathisé. Propriété charmante, en toute simplicité, grande piscine très originale qui a fait le bonheur des enfants comme des grands, bref, lieu idéal pour des vacances ressourçantes, repos garanti, noyé dans la verdure, tout juste troublé par le bruit de la cascade. Un grand merci.

Grâce à votre gentillesse et bonté, Sandrine et Michel, nous avons passer deux semaines merveilleues à Courpiac. Vous nous avez également donné beaucoup de renseignements/conseils sur la région, que vous connaissez très bien. Les repas pris le soir étaient copieux et délicieux. Max, notre enfant de 4 ans, s'est senti presque comme à la maison.

tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour, gens charmants et très bonne cuisine du jardin au menu soupe de citrouille, pintade cuite dans la cheminée et poêlée de choux et lardons et enfin oeufs aux laits (flan). vous serez au calme à la campagne et prendrez votre petit-déjeuner au-dessus de l'eau, séjour très ressourçant ! merci à nos hôtes

From Libourne, follow the road to Bergerac. At the exit, turn right towards Libourne Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens / Branne. Once you reach the entrance of Branne, cross the bridge towards Bordeaux. In the middle of the village, take a left turn onto the road towards Rauzan / Naujan Paustiac. After traveling for approximately 4 km, you will come across a large intersection. Continue straight towards Romagna. Upon reaching the town of Romagna, make a left turn towards Lake Laubesc / Montignac. Leave Romagna behind and take the first road on your left towards Courpiac. Keep going straight as you descend into the valley. Cross the bike path and the first entrance on your right, in the middle of the laurel hedge, will lead you to the mill located at the bottom left.
