Experience the charm of this natural and unique area, situated between the Ocean and the Forest, in our cozy cottage for two people. Located just 5 minutes away from the popular resort of LA PALMYRA, with its renowned ZOO and sandy beaches of PINE FOREST, our detached single-storey house offers a peaceful and quiet retreat.The clean and spacious 55m2 rental is perfect for couples, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with a toilet. Step outside onto the terrace and garden area, furnished with chairs and garden furniture for you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Our rental provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fridge-freezer, oven, rotisserie, new 4 burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV. Heating is also available. Your car can be conveniently parked within the property through a private entrance, and there are bike rentals available approximately 500m away, with cycling tracks just 200m from the house.
Bed linen and beds can be rented and made upon your arrival for added convenience. Please note that in this type of rental, guests are responsible for their own meals, cleaning of the premises, and providing their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and kitchen supplies.
For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we kindly request that the cottage remains smoke-free and we regretfully cannot accommodate pets due to hygiene and allergy concerns. All necessary shops, markets, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby.
In the town of Palmyra LES MATHES, there are plenty of attractions and sports activities to enjoy, such as the famous Zoo, a racecourse, golfing, sailing, jet-skiing, tree climbing, horse riding, and visiting charming oyster huts. Additionally, you will be in close proximity to other exciting destinations like Royan, Ile d'Oleron (30 minutes away), the City of Marennes oysters, L'Ile de RE, LA ROCHELLE, and its renowned aquarium.

Cadre tranquille et convivialité
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez nos hôtes. La chambre est très soignée et au calme. Nous avons été tout de suite mis à l'aise par nos hôtes qui étaient toujours disponibles et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner : un vrai délice, notamment et surtout les gâteaux confectionnés par Joëlle ! Merci à vous et nous retenons votre adresse pour un prochain séjour.
