Welcome to Villa "Les Palmiers", a charming 82m2 residence that has undergone a complete renovation to offer you modern comfort and tasteful furnishings. Originally the residence of the estate steward, this villa now boasts all the amenities you need, including a private parking space and a delightful garden.Inside, you will find two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a spacious king-size bed (180x200cm). The villa also features a cozy lounge, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a bathroom with a shower unit, and a separate WC. Additionally, there is a lovely veranda/dining room, a terrace with a barbecue, a convenient laundry room, and air conditioning throughout.

Directions to reach Castell Rose:
By car: Take the A9 motorway and then the N116 route from Perpignan. Upon reaching the entrance of Prades, follow the signs for Prades centre and continue through Prades, following the sign for Hôtel de Ville. Once on route de Ria, a long straight road with plane trees on the left side, travel approximately 200m and then turn left into a narrow road located between the Senioriales and the Hôtel de Ville.
From Andorra: Take the N116 route to the entrance of Prades. After passing the Lidl supermarket, turn right and continue for about 500m. Then, turn right onto a small road.
By plane: The nearest airport is Perpignan, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Gerona airport is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
By train: The Prades station is located 1 km away and provides connections to main train lines in Perpignan.
