Directions
The public beaches of Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches, as well as the nearby villages, are located in the north-west of Mauritius, near Pointe aux Piments, Pereybere, and Grand Bay. These beaches are known for their crystal clear water and are safe for swimming. The residence is situated in a peaceful area and borders a reserve for deer and birds. The Trou aux Biches and Mont Choisy public beaches, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, amenities, and various activities, are all within a 150-meter distance.
Our private residence is perfectly located near the beaches, restaurants, and amenities. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, as well as a living/dining area with a double sofa bed, armchairs, and a private balcony.
We offer free airport transfers and all apartments are fully furnished with a digital safe. Ample bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, and daily maid service is included. We also have English and French-speaking private chauffeurs and taxis available.
The best beaches in Mauritius, with fine white sand and turquoise waters, are within reach. Snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, and a variety of water sports can be enjoyed at the local beaches. There are also restaurants and all necessary amenities within a 150-meter walk, including bars, supermarkets, excursion and diving centers, car/bike/scooter hire centers, taxi stands, bus stops, and banks.
Activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, speedboat tours, glass-bottom boats, parasailing, pedalos, sea kayaking, and visits to nearby islands like Coin de Mire, Ilot Gabriel, Ile Plate, Flat Island, Round Island, Ile Ronde, Snake Island, and Ile aux Serpents, as well as restaurants and cafes, are all available. You can also visit the Church of Cap Malheureux and enjoy views of the North sea.
For car rentals, taxis, activities, and trips, you can get good prices from Ashok JHEELAN.
A variety of reasonably priced activities can be booked just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. These include dolphin visits by catamaran with the possibility of swimming with dolphins, yacht/trimaran/catamaran/boat day cruises to offshore deserted islands like Lile Plate and Lile Dambre, excursions to the beautiful island of Ile aux Cerfs, full day trips on the "Isla Mauricia" sailing boat with lunch, snorkeling, and Sega musicians, Captain Nemo's undersea walk, half-day/full-day deep-sea fishing, line fishing, parasailing, scuba diving, Blue Safari Submarine, and Nessee semi-submersible boat with snorkeling to discover marine life.
There are also historical sites and places to explore, such as the resort town of Grand-Baie with its shopping arcades, market, restaurants, and bars on the water's edge, the fishing village of Grand Bay and Cap Malheureux with its church chapel and fresh fish from local fishermen, Horse Riding Delights where you can hire horses or bicycles to explore the grounds of the former "Mont Choisy Sugar Estate," the Aquarium of Trou aux Biches, the Verger de Labourdonnais with its sugar cane plantation, orchard, and nurseries, the Botanical Garden of Pamplemousses with its giant tortoises and small zoo, LAventure du Sucre museum in a converted sugar mill, Goodlands Village with its colorful market, chocolate factory, and historic marine model boat factory, Triolet village with the largest Hindu temple in Mauritius, and Port Louis, the capital, with its markets, China Town, temples, Caudan shopping complex, Blue Penny Museum, casino, and Champs de Mars horse race.
