The studio also includes parking and a private pathway, as well as access to a swimming pool. Amenities such as wireless internet, television, DVD player, and HIFI are provided.

The location of the studio is perfect for various outdoor activities, such as fishing and hiking in the nearby mountains, and skiing just an hour away. The sea is also close by, offering opportunities for all water sports. The city of Grasse is only 5 km away, and there are several golf courses and a riding club within a short distance. Tennis enthusiasts will also find a club nearby. Other attractions in the area include Saint Paul de Vence (18 km), Antibes (20 km), Cannes (16 km), and Nice (30 km). The nearest airport is Nice, which is 25 km away, and the train station in Grasse is 2 km away.

The studio is available for short-term rentals, either as a self-contained cottage or as a guest room with a stocked fridge for breakfast. In addition, there is a heating stove to keep you warm and cozy during chilly evenings.

The studio also boasts a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven-microwave, hot plate, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom includes a toilet, and there is a private terrace where you can relax under the shade of an olive tree. You will also have access to convenient parking and a private pathway.

For your entertainment, we offer amenities such as wireless internet, television, a DVD player, and a HIFI system. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you will be pleased to know that the studio is located close to the mountains, perfect for fishing, hiking, and skiing (only one hour away). The sea is also easily accessible, just 15 km away, offering a range of water sports activities. The city of Grasse is only 5 km away, known for its rich history and charm.
