- The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, living dining room, and entrance hall, which are shared spaces. Additionally, there is a bedroom, toilet, and shower room exclusively reserved for the owners.
- The first floor is exclusively dedicated to rental and comprises two bedrooms, a library mezzanine, a bathroom with toilet, and a private technical room.
- There is a garden and terraces surrounding the house.
- The house is available for rent throughout the year, except for September.
- We offer preferential rates for direct reservations made via email. Additionally, our fishing friends can enjoy an extra 10% discount.
- Check-in time is from 5 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is before 12 p.m.
- Pets are allowed without any additional charges.

- 1 bedroom with a charming balcony, a comfortable 140 cm bed, a convenient table, a cozy armchair, and ample storage space
- 1 versatile bedroom with the option of either 2 beds measuring 80 cm each or a spacious 160 cm bed
- a private bathroom equipped with a WC, washbasin, and a rejuvenating bath/shower
- a dedicated relaxation area adorned with a captivating library, a plush sofa, and a soothing rocking chair.
The kitchen, living room, dining room, and enchanting terraces are communal spaces shared with the friendly owners. Additionally, fresh linens will be provided for your convenience, and Wi-Fi access is included.

To reach the Gerbaix house, follow these directions:
1. Take exit 12, labeled "lac daiguebelette," on the A43 Lyon-Chambéry.
2. Continue straight through the village of Novalaise in the direction of Yenne.
3. Upon exiting the village, you will see a small chapel. Take the first road on the left, which goes under the chapel.
4. Follow the D40 road for approximately 1.6 kilometers, heading towards Gerbaix and Saint Pierre DAlvey.
5. The Maison de Gerbaix will be located on the right side of the road.
