This is a 60 m2 country house available for rent by a private individual. It can accommodate up to 4 people with 4 beds, and there is also the possibility of setting up additional tents if needed. The house offers a beautiful view of the countryside and is located near a village (10 km) where you can find shops.The house consists of a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a large fireplace. Outside, there is a garden, a covered terrace, and ample parking space. Dogs and horses are welcome.
The house is equipped with basic amenities such as a toilet, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, TV, microwave, gas stove, and heating. The location is the Farmhouse of Aspech in Belmont St Faith, BATCH 46, in the Midday-Pyrenees Area of France, approximately one hour away from Toulouse. Nearby activities include fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing, canoeing, air sports, and festivals. For more information, you can visit the Lalbenque and Cahors tourism office. The house is also conveniently located 8 km away from LALBENQUE, known as the Country of Truffles and the Capital of Black Truffle of Quercy.
The rental price is fifty euros per night, except for the months of July and August when it is 450 euros per week.
