Situated just 1 km from the Clinique Causse and a short 15-minute drive from the beach, this charming Languedoc residence offers direct access to the Canal du Midi. Evelyne and Pierre-Claude extend a warm welcome to guests, providing three spacious, air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, television, and Wi-Fi. Nestled within a serene and shaded park spanning 2500 m², guests can enjoy a range of complimentary amenities including a saltwater pool measuring 11m x 5m with sun loungers and umbrellas (heated from May 5th to September 8th), a beautifully landscaped garden, boules court, two picnic areas, secure parking for up to four vehicles, bicycle storage, and, for stays of two nights or more, two bicycles. During the summer months, breakfast is served either in the poolside pavilion or in the delightful outdoor setting. English-speaking hosts are available to offer advice on nearby excursions.
