La Vayssade has been a family-owned property for four generations. Situated on the outskirts of Lalbenque, this charming ensemble of Quercy-style buildings is nestled on a 10-hectare truffle oak estate, showcasing the richness of the Causse region. The Guest House, which is our very own residence, is housed in a meticulously restored monumental barn that seamlessly blends modern and traditional construction techniques, designed by architect Michel Montal from Cahors.Prepare to be captivated by the personalized and stylish interiors, featuring an inviting living room, a contemporary fireplace, and an open kitchen. Joelle, Hélène, Pierre, and Emmanuel will ensure that your stay is unforgettable as they introduce you to the region's culinary delights and original recipes.
During the summer, you can enjoy the terrace under the arbor, the park, the garden, the swimming pool, and the beach. We also provide six bicycles free of charge for your use (reservation and deposit required). For the other seasons, the house is equipped with central heating, and the fireplace sets the perfect ambiance for cozy social gatherings. Winter is also an ideal time to uncover the secrets of the Black Diamond during our Weekend Truffle experience, which includes truffle-themed meals, a slideshow, truffle hunting, and a visit to the renowned Lalbenque truffle market.

Directions
To get to Cahors Villefranche de Rouergue from the A20 highway, take exit number 58. After passing through the toll, make a right turn and continue driving for approximately 6 kilometers.
If you are using GPS, the coordinates are North 44.335570° and East 1.544720°.
Once you reach Lalbenque:
1. From the main street, which is also the street where the truffle market is located, proceed by taking the road that goes around the post office.
2. Drive for about 50 meters and then make a left turn.
3. After driving for 100 meters, make a right turn onto "chemin de la Vayssade."
4. Continue following this road for approximately 300 meters, and then make a left turn.
5. Finally, follow the box trees alley marked with the number 205.
