The farmhouse, renovated in 2012, is situated in a 5,000 m² park filled with various species of trees, providing ample seating areas to relax and unwind. Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the TGV high-speed train station and the nearest motorway exit. A quick train journey of 55 minutes will take you to Paris, while a 2 and a half hour car ride will bring you to the capital city. The center of Tours is only 15 minutes away, and for those who own light aircraft, the Amboise Dierre aerodrome is a mere 10-minute drive. We are more than happy to assist you in planning your flight.Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a spacious living room, measuring over 60m², featuring an impressive fireplace. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a game of billiards or indulge in a quiet read in our mezzanine area. Additionally, we offer private parking and a secure storage room for bicycles, fishing gear, golf equipment, and other belongings.
During pleasant weather, you can enjoy a picnic in the shade of the trees in our garden. You will truly appreciate the tranquility and authentic charm of our house, while being able to admire the reflections of the Cher river at any given moment.
Please note that from May to September, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
