Welcome to our beautiful new Provencal villa, boasting a spacious interior and exterior layout spanning 100 m2. With 3 bedrooms, including one with a double bed (160), another with a queen bed (140), and a third with three single beds (90), there is ample space for everyone to enjoy.The large living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Godin 5-burner gas cooker, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and more. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, and there are also two separate toilets for added convenience.
Step outside onto the terrace, where you can relax under the umbrellas or cook up a delicious meal on the gas griddle. Enjoy a game of table tennis with the provided racquets and balls, or stay connected with the available internet WIFI. We strive to provide you with all the comfort you need during your stay.
Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, our villa is set on a beautifully landscaped property. The highlight is our Californian mosaic pool, complete with a stunning 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. You might even spot our friendly blue dolphin! Outdoor furniture, including a coffee table, chairs, and deckchairs, allow you to make the most of your time outside. The terrace, enclosed by dry stone walls and wrought iron gates, offers a breathtaking 180° view of the Varois Mountains.
Located in the heart of Green Provence, our villa is perfectly situated between the Gorges du Verdon and the Var coast. There are countless unique sites to explore, with each surrounding village offering its own authentic and unspoiled heritage. Whether it's Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcès, Sillans Cascade, or Moustiers Ste Marie, you'll find yourself captivated by the charm and beauty of the region. For those who prefer city amenities, Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon are within easy reach.
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do, from wine and olive tours to kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, fishing, and petanque. The area is filled with endless possibilities for leisure activities, and we provide various documentation to help you plan your adventures. If relaxation is more your style, you can simply unwind by the pool or under the shade of the pine trees.
In the village, you'll find all the necessary amenities, including a bakery, butcher, grocery store, bars, and restaurants, all in an authentic Provencal atmosphere. Additionally, there are artisans and local markets in the surrounding villages, where you can discover unique crafts and products. Don't miss the famous Cellars of ADMIRAL Entrecasteaux.
To ensure a smooth booking process, we require a 35% deposit upon reservation. In high season, a 500 euro deposit is also required. Pets are welcome with an additional fee, and we offer a package for end-of-stay cleaning for your convenience. Sheets, towels, and house rental are available upon request. The pool is maintained by the owner, and we accept holiday checks. We also provide free material such as ping pong, swing, and children's games.
