The house features a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the shade or the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining.

Spread across three floors, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a laundry machine in the laundry room. The kitchen opens up to the dining area, and the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is conveniently located next to it.

The house comprises three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, each equipped with mosquito nets. There is also a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cleaning fee of 60€ applies at the end of the stay. A deposit of 1/3 of the rental amount is required, with the balance due one month before arrival.

Relax and unwind on the delightful terrace, where you can bask in the shade or soak up the sun. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious covered terrace perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.

Spread across three floors, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. The kitchen opens up to a welcoming dining area, and the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is conveniently located next to it.

If you are coming from Nice, take the A8 motorway and exit at Le Luc. Then, follow the signs for Le Thoronet, Carces, and Cotignac.
