Located just 20 kilometers away from Nice, our location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Mercantour Park and is conveniently positioned between Cannes and Menton. Each room boasts its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a shared living room with a fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Our terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture is perfect for relaxing outdoors. Additionally, we provide parking space and welcome dogs. This charming stone cottage is located at an altitude of 600m on a spacious 3500m2 plot filled with olive trees. Surrounded by majestic mountains, it offers an unbeatable and uninterrupted view, ensuring complete tranquility. Situated between the sea and mountains, it is conveniently located 20km from Nice and is within close proximity to Cannes, Monaco, and the Mercantour National Park.The cottage features a large terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is also ample parking available. The beautiful American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator freezer, microwave, and oven. The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, and a wood-burning stove, with a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The spacious mezzanine offers a comfortable double bed.
This cottage is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, avid hikers, and those who appreciate the charm of medieval villages. There are four beds available, and linen is provided. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Prices range from 350 to 490.

CONTACT - Take Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn. Continue on the highway towards TALES / SOSPEL for approximately 9 kilometers. When you reach the end of the highway, take a right turn at the last roundabout towards The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS. Follow Highway 2204 for 6.5 kilometers in the direction of ESCARENE until you reach "LOC NICE". At "COL NICE", make a left turn onto R&D Management 215. Proceed for 3 kilometers towards Berre Les Alpes until you see the sign for "path Meingarde". Take a right turn onto "Way of Meingarde" (a dead end). Follow the sign and continue until the end of the road. Turn left at the square and the first house on the right will have a black wrought iron gate.
