Description for Gite

Gite les Mimosas (3 stars) is located in a beautiful independent house measuring 120 square meters, nestled in a centuries-old olive grove on a fenced plot of 3500 square meters at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by tranquil mountains. Situated between the sea and the mountains, we are only 20 kilometers away from Nice, near the Mercantour National Park and between Cannes and Menton. The gite features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. There is a shared living room with a fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player, as well as internet access. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. Parking is available, and the gite can accommodate up to 11 guests, with four double beds, one bed measuring 80x180, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, or those who enjoy exploring medieval fortified villages. Many fortified medieval villages can be visited nearby, and there are plenty of hiking trails and rivers in the surrounding area. Dogs are also welcome.
