Our location, conveniently positioned between the sea and the mountains, is only 20 kilometers away from the vibrant city of Nice, close to the breathtaking Mercantour National Park, and within easy reach of both Cannes and Menton. Each room boasts its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Guests can also enjoy the shared living room with a cozy fireplace, state-of-the-art HIFI system, television, and DVD player. The terrace, equipped with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, provides a perfect spot to unwind. We also offer ample parking space. Beautiful stone cottage located at an altitude of 600m on a 3500m2 plot of land filled with olive trees. Surrounded by mountains, it offers an unrivaled and serene view. Situated between the sea and the mountains, only 20km from Nice and close to Cannes and Monaco, it is also near the Mercantour National Park. The cottage features a spacious terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, as well as parking. The stunning American kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The living room includes a television, DVD player, hi-fi system, and a cozy wood stove, along with a sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine with a comfortable double bed. This accommodation is perfect for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and those who appreciate medieval villages. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Maison indépendante à celle du propriétaire, chambre vraiment impeccable, très calme. Une vue sur un pic enneigé et sur les montagnes voisines est superbe. A recommandée fortement. Petit hic pour ceux qui font la vaisselle c'est à l'exterieur... Attention à vos doigts l'hiver. Recommandation fortement conseillé,

- Take Highway 2204 and continue for 6.5 kilometers towards ESCARENE.
- Look for the sign "LOC NICE" and turn left onto R&D Management 215 towards Berre Les Alpes.
- Continue for 3 kilometers until you reach "path Meingarde".
- Turn right onto "Way of Meingarde" (dead end) and follow the sign.
- Keep going until you reach the end of the road and turn left onto the square.
- The destination is the first house on the right with a black wrought iron gate.
