Description:

Description for B&B:

Situated in the heart of the village, our welcoming establishment is housed in a fully restored historic building that once served as the old town hall and school. This building, which stands on the foothills of the now-destroyed Castle St Georges, exudes a rich sense of history.

Perched atop a cliff, Saorge village, often referred to as the "Tibetan" village, offers breathtaking views of the Roya Valley. It is conveniently located along the GR52 hiking trail and the scenic Route du Baroque Nisso Ligure. As the gateway to the Mercantour National Park and the Valley of Marvels, our village is a haven for nature enthusiasts.

Positioned between the mountains and the sea, Saorge is only 30km (20 minutes) away from the charming town of Ventimiglia by the sea, and 70km (1 hour) away from the vibrant city of Nice. This prime location allows our guests to easily explore both coastal and mountainous landscapes.

Each of our tastefully decorated rooms boasts its own unique atmosphere, combining comfort with authenticity. The rooms are named after the village's fountains, namely Geija, Caquée, Soutai, Caranca, and Medge. Furthermore, all rooms feature private bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers. Additionally, the beds in our rooms can be separated and are available in sizes of 160cm or 180cm.

We take pride in the recognition of our guest rooms, which have been awarded the "Charmance" label and three ears, guaranteeing a high standard of quality and comfort.
