On the ground floor, you will be enchanted by the charm of the Board of COMPANY, exuding romance, and the authentic ambiance of the MR Chamber. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and boasts a spacious independent bathroom with a shower and toilet.As you ascend to the second floor, you will discover the attic of the house, where you will find the COTE GARDEN room, furnished with two 120 cm beds, and the COLONIAL room, featuring a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms are equipped with a bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet.
During your stay, you will also have access to the pool, which is available for use with the landlord.

The charming country cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and is classified as a 3-épis GITE DE FRANCE.On the ground floor, there is a spacious open kitchen that leads into the living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them featuring comfortable 140cm beds, and the other 2 rooms offering cozy 120cm beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, complete with either a shower or a bath.
Additionally, the cottage offers a convenient laundry room, an enclosed courtyard, and a beautiful private garden shared with the owner. Guests will also have access to a secure swimming pool, exclusively available for their enjoyment.

If you are coming from SAINTES via A10, take exit No. 35 and continue towards the island OLÉRON for about 15 km. When you reach NANCRAS, turn left at the traffic lights towards SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Drive through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once you are outside the village, take a right turn at the old mill (road BERTHEGILLE). Follow the signs to the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the western end of the town, with a slate roof.
