On the first floor, you will find three unique guest rooms, each offering its own distinctive charm. The Bamboo bedroom, located upstairs in the owners' house, boasts approximately 35 m2 of space. It features a comfortable Queen Size bed and an integrated shower room with a toilet. From this room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the picturesque countryside, as well as the lush wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.

The Terracotta bedroom, also situated upstairs in the owners' house, offers around 25 m2 of space. It includes a spacious Queen Size bed and a private, independent bathroom covering approximately 12 m2. This room provides a stunning view of the serene wooded park and the alluring swimming pool.

For a more expansive accommodation, the Océane Suite awaits you on the first floor of the owners' house. Spanning approximately 37 m2, this suite accommodates 2 to 4 guests and grants a delightful garden view. It features a large Queen Size bed (160×200) and two twin beds measuring 80x200. Should you prefer, the two twin beds can be transformed into a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200). Simply specify this option when making your reservation.

Located on the ground floor, the cottage features a spacious living/dining room furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a well-appointed bathroom with water facilities and a separate toilet. For added convenience, a washing machine is also provided.

On the upper floor, the cottage offers one bedroom with a double bed measuring 140x200, as well as another bedroom with two single beds measuring 80x200, which can be connected to form a double bed measuring 160x200. Both bedrooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

Outside, the cottage boasts a private terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. A convenient electric plancha is also available for your use. Furthermore, the cottage provides private parking facilities for your vehicle.
